Allright, It’s on. Lit Fuse Films and Smooth Few Films are going to be having a couple of Scheduled matches in GTA4 (xbox360). Darkspire Films has also expressed interest in joining. I’m writing this so that others can discuss and express interest. If we get enough people wanting to join in, we will be hosting a tournament with a set of ranked matches. Everyone is welcome to enter (teams of 2-6 people please, to keep things fair) And you do not necessarily have to be a machininima group in order to sign up. If we do get enough expressing interest to warrant a tournament, then I’ll figure out a proper sign up system. The matches are not nailed down to any specific date, but we expect to have them most likely a week or so after the release of GTA4.

On the movie front, I’ve gotta say that things are looking stellar for the next project. (with the exception of WOTS) The script is bigger and deeper than anything you’ve seen so far from us. A ton of careful planning and forethought has gone into this next film , and we’re really hoping to bust down a wall or two. This project is currently in the process of casting voice talent, then we’ll be doing rehearsals, then final recording, and then it’s full on awesometown-production-mode. We’ve got some folks on board that we’ve never used before, and let me tell you, these guys have got class and talent to spare. So things are going good on that front. That being said, there’s still some time crunch going on, so I hope that you all can be patient with us. I promise this is heavy caliber stuff.

that’s right. it’s officially a fortnight until the worldwide release of GTAIV, and dear god I am salivating like some sort of feral dog. I’ll keep this brief, but by a show of hands, who interested in a big community match/tournament, sponsored by Lit Fuse and maybe another machinima team? Maybe even a tri-athalon of events and rounds, I have the best idea for a crazy wildcard round.
