Oskar just had some computar failures. so thats a delay on that movie I promised you. but we’ve got another in the wings.
So like back in sept My self and my Reenactment group - http://www.ww2lha.com/ - were asked to do a press event for the game ‘Medal Of Honor: Airborne’ - So for 3 days members of the press from TV/Gaming Mags/Internet Sites etc would all dress up in 82nd AB gear and do the training then with that training they’d fight the Germans (I played Germans) First they had to do a street urban assault killing the Pak gun (which also i manned) the press was split into 4 squads, so we did this 4 times a day for 3 days and everyday i got blown up 4 times… a day… why me :(… any way after hot dogs and medals they’d go in the forest and try and fight us ( zee Germans ) through different sections to the end where they had to blow up this Flak gun with a bazooka! Being Germans and being Medal Of Honor… we have to shoot endless rounds at them with them not dieing and all the Germans die or surrender… then die. But anyway… It was great fun got paid 200 quid a day just to shoot at the Press dressed as Americans (what more could you ask for!!) I had my mini camera with me so took some footage and I edited it up into something random… You can download that here: Battle is at the end..

Medal Of Honor guys had a camera following the recruits they released a video too, you see me in it a couple of times. I’m behind the PAK gun:
on the right hand side, you see me pop up and aim and BOOM blown up, then you see me as we fire the gun from a behind above view. Pretty crazy editing but whatever!

For the brits reading this, we did this at the place where they did the silly series “Space Cadets” there was Russian stamps and things all around the building we stayed in to make it look like they was in Russia… Crazy ness.
Was cool event, at the end we played the game on 360’s that was in this Massive hanger, we had cheese burgers, hotdogs, drinks all sorts… most lovely! Rumour has it they want to use us again for another EA Game D: … :D.

Well you see, I’m pretty drunk right now, taking me a few attempts to write properly BUT I’ve came to a realization. We’ve been playing Pro Evo Soccer 2008 and every time we miss, or concede a goal or receive a red card, we have to drink a shot. I’m pretty good but my team mates are proper shite, so I get dragged down into the depths of Aftershock.
Anyway we ended up into Burnout and saw the damage being done to the car by pure accident! DON’T FUCKING DRINK AND DRIVE!!! I did just play but still, just don’t fucking do it!
